During my military service in Southeast Asia and Japan, I discovered a passion for ice cream that defied convention - transforming unique, often savory, ingredients into extraordinary frozen treats.
My mission is to create ice cream that doesn't just satisfy your sweet tooth, but takes you on a flavor journey. I draw inspiration from my worldwide travels, personal experiences, petroliana, and even 80's & 90's cultural fascinations - transforming pop culture memories and family traditions into pints that tell unique stories.
