I became fascinated with seemingly bizarre and unique flavors of ice cream while I was traveling the world in the military, 17 years ago. The unique flavor profiles I discovered in southeast Asia and Japan just made sense to my palate, especially the use of predominantly savory ingredients being transformed into smooth and sweet ice cream.
I want you all to taste parts of my upbringing, my travels and experiences, as well as discover what's interesting and inspirational to me - and find this in a bite of ice cream that's been expertly crafted and curated.
First and foremost, I want you all to experience the effects of a superior ice cream that cannot be found anywhere else. You may be transported to far off lands that I've traveled to, you'll be introduced to meticulously curated subtle nods to areas of interest to me: 80s & 90s pop culture references, my family, international travels, and "petroliana." Seasonal flavors will allow you to experience portions and reflections of my childhood & even my ancestors.
